Pugx is a Nigel main from California, and is generally considered the best Nigel main in the world. Continuing to main Nigel after NASB 1, Pugx has been a consistent threat for the game's entire life, even during times where Nigel was considered the worst character in the game, with wins over players such as FPZ, Locus and AlphaStone.
Pugx was notably one of the players to participate in Platfight's Platmasters exhibition, where several players known for their proficiency in the platform fighter genre were either invited or voted in to play against each other in multiple platform fighters. Pugx was one of the few who managed to get in via vote-in, thanks to the NASB community's support.
Pugx is commonly associated with Baby Luigi from the Super Mario series, partially due to sessions of Mario Superstar Baseball between him and fellow player Bean where the two would have their teams be no one but Baby Luigi. During Pugx's campaign for Platmasters, players would attach images of Baby Luigi while showing their support for Pugx. Pugx is also often seen playing Marvel Rivals with his fellow community members.
