Matt (capitalized matt, full tag TopHatMatt), is a Jimmy player from Missouri. matt was one of the first few Jimmy players at the start of the game, and was also notable for being a Goddard-less Jimmy, or playing Jimmy without utilizing Goddard. However, after later changes to Jimmy made using Goddard more of a requirement, matt distanced himself from competing. However, he will still enter from time to time, and still plays the game for friendlies.
Aside from his Jimmy, matt is also well known for hopping onto ranked under the tag "FreakBob" while playing as SpongeBob, leading to the name also being used as a nickname for SpongeBob's Down Strong. This SpongeBob would also appear at Vortex Gallery at Frosty Faustings XVII. matt is also an extremely strong doubles player, often teaming up with Pugx under the team name "FreakBob" to great results, including a first place victory at Dutchman's Doubles 4.
